1) Information We Collect
Information about You Received from your application store or mobile device
When you use any of our Mobile Apps, you allow Firstborn to access certain information from your profile for that App. The information you allow Firstborn to access varies by App, and it is affected by the privacy settings you establish on your mobile device. You can control and find out more about these settings on your mobile device. For example, Firstborn may access and store some or all of the following information, as allowed by you and your preferences on your mobile device:
· Your mobile device technical information
· Your physical location and that of your access devices
Technical and Usage Information
We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, we automatically send and receive information to and from your computer which we use to automatically update (new features, bug fixes, etc.) our products and services that you may use. Like many websites and applications, we also use “cookies” and other automated tools to obtain certain types of information when your web browser or device accesses our Mobile Apps. While such information will typically be used in an aggregated way to improve our products and services, some information may be used to personalize your experience, or to offer you products and services specifically based on your preferences and usage.
Personally Identifiable Information
We do not collect any personally identifiable information or other information about you via the App. As a convenience to you, the App contains functionalities that may allow you to connect to Third Party Services or to otherwise share information and other materials. Access to and use of Third Party Services is at your sole risk.
You may enable features within the App that allow Us to identify your location. If you do, the App collects coordinates from GPS and cell tower triangulation or any other means provided by your device (including iOS background geo-fencing) that shows your current location (“Location Information”). Further, we may receive Location Information from a Third Party Service, which may include, for example, your user ID and venue ID for the Third Party Service. Additionally, we may retain Location Information on Our servers. Location Information provided by any Third Party Services may not be accurate and is not intended to be relied upon in situations where precise Location Information is needed.
2) How We Collect Information About You
Information about Players and Play
When you use our Mobile App, Firstborn collects and stores certain profile information that you provide directly or through the application store offering our Mobile App. The bulk of this information is collected and stored through the use of web logs, which are files on our web servers that record actions taken on our Mobile Apps.
A “cookie” is a small file or record-keeping device that websites often store on a user’s computer. Storage of cookies on your system provides an easy and convenient method for us to personalize your experience on our Mobile App. For example, cookies will remember your username and password, tell us that you have played our Mobile App before, and may contain other information that will make your next visit to our Mobile App more enjoyable. You can always disable cookies or set your browser to alert you when cookies are being sent to your computer.

Additionally, Firstborn and unaffiliated third parties may use the information we collect, such as your e-mail address, to respond to (i) customer support inquiries and (ii) keep you informed of your Mobile App activity, including comments from friends and notifications about Mobile App status. We may also send promotional e-mail messages directly or in partnership with parties other than Firstborn. Of course, you may opt out of receiving such promotional messages at any time.
